Stress Reset Academy Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Stress Reset Academy (“Academy”) services, programs, and content, including the purchase of any products, courses, or packages through our website. By completing purchase or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not proceed with your purchase or participation in the Academy.

2. Program Enrollment and Welcome Package

1. Enrollment Confirmation:
   

• Your enrollment in the Stress Reset Academy is confirmed upon successful payment of the applicable fees.

2. Welcome Package:
   

• Once your welcome package has been shipped, no refunds will be provided. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.

3. Access to Course Materials:
   

• You will receive access to all digital course materials upon payment and enrollment on the later of February 16th, 2025, or your enrollment date. These materials are non-transferable and intended for your personal use only.

3. Payment Policy

• All prices are listed on the checkout page and are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Payment Methods:
   

• We accept payments via credit card and other methods displayed during the checkout process.

3. No Refund Policy:
   

• Due to the nature of our program and the inclusion of the welcome package, no refunds will be issued once the welcome package has been shipped.

4. Intellectual Property

1. Ownership of Content:
   

• All materials, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, slides, graphics, and other resources provided by the Stress Reset Academy, are the intellectual property of Stress Reset Academy and/or its licensors.

2. License for Personal Use:
   

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing of any content is strictly prohibited.

3. Restrictions:
   

   • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.

   • Modify or create derivative works based on Academy materials.

   • Use any content for commercial purposes or training other individuals outside of the Academy.

• Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in immediate termination of access to the program and may result in legal action.

5. Code of Conduct

1. Respectful Participation:
   Participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.

2. Prohibited Activities:
   Participants may not solicit or recruit other members into unrelated programs, businesses, or opportunities.

6. Limitation of Liability

1. No Guarantees:
   While the Stress Reset Academy provides evidence-based content and tools, we do not guarantee specific results. Success depends on individual effort and application.

2. Indemnification:
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stress Reset Academy, its officers, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the program or use of its materials.

3. Limit of Liability:
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stress Reset Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or materials.

7. Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection:
   Your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Third-Party Sharing:
   We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for payment processing.

8. Termination

1. Termination by the Academy:

    We reserve the right to terminate your access to the program if you violate these Terms or engage in unethical or disruptive behavior.

2. Effect of Termination:

    Upon termination, all rights to access course materials and resources will be revoked. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

9. Dispute Resolution

        1. Governing Law:

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria.

   

   2. Dispute Process:
  

• Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes may proceed to arbitration or court proceedings under Austrian jurisdiction.

10. Updates to Terms and Conditions

Stress Reset Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or updated on our website. Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

BY CHECKING THE BOX INDICATING THAT YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT, OR BY CONTINUING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING OUR POSTING OF A CHANGE NOTICE, REVISED OPERATING AGREEMENT, OR REVISED OPERATIONAL DOCUMENTATION ON THE PARTNER WEBSITE, YOU (A) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT; (B) ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT; AND (C) HEREBY REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE LAWFULLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS (E.G., YOU ARE NOT A MINOR) AND THAT YOU ARE AND WILL REMAIN IN COMPLIANCE WITH THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT. IN ADDITION, IF THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT IS BEING AGREED TO BY A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, THEN THE PERSON AGREEING TO THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THAT COMPANY OR ENTITY HEREBY REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT HE OR SHE IS AUTHORIZED AND LAWFULLY ABLE TO BIND THAT COMPANY OR ENTITY TO THIS OPERATING AGREEMENT.
